Tools

Artifacts from an actual setup

Claude Code skills, MCP servers, agents, hooks. Things I use every day. Released when they stop being experimental.

Free tools install in under a minute. Paid tools ship with the first paid-tier product launch (est. month 6 of the newsletter). Every tool listed here is something I personally run — or have run — on my own machine. No vaporware.

Coming with paid tier

On the distinction

Free tools are things that cost me nothing to share and help you immediately. They are not lesser. They are the core of what the newsletter argues for: senior operators publishing what they actually run.

Paid tools are things that cost me weeks to polish into something a stranger can install and understand. They carry a price because that price funds me writing the newsletter. If the paid tier disappeared tomorrow, the free tier would not change.

No dark patterns. No "unlock this article." No freemium-to-paywall traps. Paid and free are two shelves in the same shop.
